Error 403 * Failed to send inventory

I have a server with Windows 2008 R2 and Windows 7 and Windows XP agents. The server is in a 10.1.1.x / 24 range, in the same subnet has no problem because the agent detects uninventoried devices. The same scheme in another subnet (150.1.xx / 16) does not work. There is no firewall on the network. The subnetworks are connected without restriction.

Hi,

Which address have you set in httpd.conf for listen instruction?
by (88.5k points)
Hi..my configuration httpd.conf (default settings)

# Listen: Allows you to bind Apache to specific IP addresses and/or
# ports, instead of the default. See also the <VirtualHost>
# directive.
#
# Change this to Listen on specific IP addresses as shown below to
# prevent Apache from glomming onto all bound IP addresses.
#
#Listen 0.0.0.0:80
#Listen [::]:80
Listen 80

should uncomment line ????
any suggestions ???...

Thanks
