data lost after service stop ocsinventory.ini

Hy, i just installed Ocs Inventory agent 2.4.0 on windows 7 - 64 Bit.

I stopped the ocs inventory service - after changing the server to an ip adress Server=http://10.0.2.15/ocsinventory

and INVENTORY_ON_STARTUP=1 i am starting the agent service again - the ocsinventory.ini was nearly empty

It looks like a bug ? server isn't reachable - delete everything
