un agent ne remonte pas dans OCS server

un agent ne remonte pas dans OCS server malgré la présence du PC dans le fichier activity.log sur le server :

Bonjour,

Merci de mettre le mode debug à 2 dans le fichier ocsinventory.ini. Poster de nouveau le contenu du fchier ocsinventory.log.

Bonjour,

 

Après vérification du fichier "access.log" dans le répertoire des logs Apache, je me suis aperçu que je n'avais pas de trace POST de l'IP du PC où est installé l'agent.

 

Après modification du paramètrage de TrendMicro sur le PC et relance de l'inventory, le PC est remonté coté serveur.
