How to fix default SQL login on db:ocsweb

Hello Community,
I need your help. Have deleted the user ocs @ host of the MySQL database, created a new user and the configuration adjusted accordingly, but the error message remains.

Totally forgot: OCS Release 2.5 under DEBIAN 9.6
