on some Computers the "Microsoft Office key" plugin sends a key and on others it won't

I deployed several Agents with the deployment tool and some other manuelly.

It works fine but on some Computers the "Microsoft Office key" plugin sends a key and on others it won't. It does not depent on how I deploy it or which MS Office Version is installed. We use Win 2010 Pro, Home&Business and ProPlus.

server 2.1.1 (windows 2012 r2)

Here it says: "Office Key was not send." - the key in this line is correct! Why doesn't it send?

Wich version of windows do you use on the computer that can't retrive the key ?

Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 64bit SP1 and 32bit SP1

But not on all off this types off computer. Some work...

It seems not to be a hardware or OS problem. Is it possible that a windows configuration makes a problem? Firewall is off. No ideas? Its the most important feature to me.

25 off 29 clients which aren't working are Windows 7 64bit. Is the "Microsoft Office key plugin" working with Windows 7 64bit?
