  I do not know why when I use the https protocol then OCS Agent are not sent office key information to database.
Without ssl encryption key MS Office are loaded into the database.

Hi,

Which version of ocs agent and server?

Do you have some errors in apache error log on ocs server?

Can you post the content of ocsinventory.log file (ocs agent)?

I don't have apache errors.

I know why plugin can't find Office keys. Plugin can't find keys from MS Office Home & Business 2013 which is installed from office.com

Even ProductKey from nirsoft don't see installed MS Office 2013.
