Retrieval of the last time a software was used

Hello,

We would like to retrieve the last time some software was used.

In Windows -> add/remove programs there is a column called "last used on". Is there any way to retrieve this information?

I have seen a blueprint with this same question (https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ocsinventory-windows-server/+spec/software-last-used), but no further info about it.
