I have OCS V2.1, my question is how come the OCS Inventory didn't show the end users using Autodesk Inventor 2014.

OCS V2.1 didn't show end users using Inventor 2014.  There are several end users are using Autodesk Inventor 2014.  When I checked on the User/Softwares OCS didn't show any Autodesk Inventor 2014 or 2013 or 2010.  Thanks

Hi,

Set debug=2 in ocsinventory.ini file, then run an inventory and post here ocsinventory.log content.
