Hi,

  1. With which user have you installed the agent?
  2. Otherwise you have declared a user in ocsinventory.ini and this user is not declared in Apache. Verify this.

Hello,

I got the same error and to answer your questions :

1. With local administrator first and domain administrator with ocspackager...

When I run the package with an account with admin rights -> no problem in logs;

When a non-admin run it -> ERROR *** AGENT => Failed to write Prolog Frequency <Error code 5 = Access is denied.  >

2. No user is declared in ocsinventory.ini

Is this error blocking something? I tried to sync computer with OCS inventory -> OK; OCS inventory with GLPI -> OK.

It seems not blocking sync but I want to be sure it won't be a problem if I deploy it to the whole company.

Thanks in advance for your answer.
