No Windows Agent inventoried in OCS server console

Hi,

I have OCS Inventory NG server with version 2.1.2, and deploy windows agent version 2.0.5 and 2.1.1 to the clients. But none windows client that is monitored in OCS server web console.

No issue in network connection, and http port : 80 in OCS management server is allowed.

I can't find reference in google, also documentation about OCS version 2.1.2.

How to trobleshooting communication between server and client agent?

Anyone please, tell me.

Thanks.

Hi Frank,

I find following error message in error.log of apache :

[Fri Sep 18 14:17:43 2015] [error] [client 19.10.1.102] File does not exist: C:/xampp/htdocs/ocsinventory
[Fri Sep 18 14:17:43 2015] [error] [client 19.10.1.102] File does not exist: C:/xampp/htdocs/ocsinventory
[Fri Sep 18 14:17:54 2015] [error] [client 19.10.1.103] File does not exist: C:/xampp/htdocs/ocsinventory
[Fri Sep 18 14:17:55 2015] [error] [client 19.10.1.103] File does not exist: C:/xampp/htdocs/ocsinventory

I suspect it, because when installing the windows agent it is connect to "http://my_ocs_server/ocsinventory".

NOTE :
- 19.10.1.102 and 19.10.1.103 is my client ip address.

Thanks.
