Problem with Ocs Agent

Hi,

I have problem with OCS Agent on windows 8.1 when I click on 'Show inventory information' this window apears 

I don't know how to fix it, also i can't see this computer on server.

Hi,

Ocsinventory service is not started properly.

You need to start ocs inventory to fix this problem.

If there is no ocsinventory service you should reinstall it and check the setup log if there is any error.

The service is started, when i double-click on OCS icon i receve this information
