non inventoried network interfaces and ipdiscover-util.pl can't be launched

Hi 

I have installed and configured OCS  I could find many machines in the inventory but maximum machines i got the number as non inventoried

Machines in DB           159
Machines Inventoried      159
Machines contacted today  124
Machines Inventoried today 119
Machines not seen in more than 30 day(s) 0
Number of SNMP devices         0
Number of non inventoried network interfaces         1635

The number of non inventories interfaces are more and unable to understand the reason and how do i solve the same .

I am getting error message when i try to click to see the details of the asset

ipdiscover-util.pl can't be launched, you must set execution rights

Would appreciate if some one can help me to resolve the issues 

in OCS Inventory NG server for Windows by (120 points)
