Failed to talk with communication server

Hello,

we're having problems with the connection to the server. I can properly install the client, but when I launch it, I don't get an error message, but nothing's happening. When I look at the event viewer, I'm getting this error: Service encounter error <OCS Inventory NG Agent encounter an error (exit code is 4 => Failed to talk with communication server). What could be the problem?

Hi

Verify firewall is deactived on the client or firewall accepts to send http request to the OCS server or ocs server name is resolved correctly by the dns. http://yourserverocs/ocsinventory url is correctly resolved?
