Crash of ocs inventory for one type PC [closed]

Hello

We have this probléme only on a new model of PC - Lenovo M700 tiny.

We have the OCS agent 2.1.1.3. (os W7 64bit)

The ocs agent dont send inventory to the server.

OCSInventory.exe crash when we want execute manualy.

on C:\ProgramData\OCS Inventory NG\Agent\sysinfo.log

 the ocs write this ligne and stop.

WMI GetSystemSlots: Trying to find Win32_SystemSlot WMI objects...

We have tried to upgrade bios, upgrade drivers.. same issue.

an idea ?

If the app cant access WMI, it could be a user account permission issue.  The account running the install should be a local or domain admin account. I use these computers also in my environment and when installing from a factory image, i have to run as admin from an admin account.

When i check the OCS Inventory Service Properties (run -> services.msc), mine shows the service runs at startup with the Local System Account and allows interaction with the desktop.

The Service have the good right.

I think its a probléme on a materiel listing.

Because if i do a ghost of a pc model to the new it doesnt work

Bref je suis pas fort en anglais.

J'ai bien le bon lancement de service que sur un ordi qui fonctionne bien.

Un duplication d'un pc par exemple un modéle HP DC6005 ou autre vers ce modéle Lenovo M700 tiny j'ai ocs qui plante et qui ne remonte pas les informations.

Pourtant si je fais une copie de windows d'un pc modéle HP DC6005 vers un modéle HP Compaq Elite 8300 USDT , ocs inventory fonctionne.

En installant directement l'agent sur la machine lenovo sans passer par un clone est-ce que l'agent fonctionne correctement?

Autre piste : peut-être mettre à jour les dll VC++?

j'ai essayé de supprimé et de réinstaller l'agent. j'ai le même probléme.

j'ai testé avec la version de l'agent 2.1.1.3 et 2.1.1.1

Sinon pour ton autre solution : "dll VC++" ?

je trouve cela où ?

C'est résolu.

J'ai validé des mise à jours windows (wsus) et j'ai maintenant mes info qui remontent sur le serveur.

la cause est donc un problème de module vc++
