How to use Deployment Feature?

Information about OCS Inventory NG Server I am using:

My real question is:

I would like to deploy Skype to client so How to take advantage of Deployment feature?

Who can guide me how to do that? The details steps is better :).

I got this error when trying to access this folder 

WAITING NOTIFICATION still there 

Anyone know how to fix it?

Hi,

1) Try https://10.100.10.204/download/1491201632/info   => xml file.

1491201632 = timestamp of the package

2) You should see agent logs (ocsinventory.log and download.log).

Where is ocsinventory.log and download.log ? Is it at : C:\ProgramData\OCS Inventory NG\Agent

If yes. I didn't see any Unusual.

I also stuck in the deployment feature.It seems not run out of the box on a fresh installed environment under Ubuntu 16.04 (see my post in this forum),

Because of your error message, have a look at:

Check config:
# vim /etc/apache2/conf-available/z-ocsinventory-server.conf

 [...]

   <Location /ocsplugins>
    <IfModule mod_authz_core.c>
      # Apache 2.4
      # Require local
    </IfModule>
    <IfModule !mod_authz_core.c>

      order deny,allow
      allow from 127.0.0.1
    </IfModule>
    #SetHandler perl-script
    PerlHandler Apache::Ocsinventory::Plugins::Apache
   </Location>
 [...]

Check rights:
# chmod -R -v 755 /var/lib/ocsinventory-reports/download
