error code 1053 Agent 2.3 don't work windows

Hello

I have managed to register my first computer in the ocs inventory with a ubuntu client but I have not been able to with Windows 7. The agent installation is correct. I enter my credentials in my ocs server but the "Run the OCS Inventory NG Agent now" does not register the new computer on the server and a window appears saying "The inventory start notification was successfully sent to the OCS Inventory NG Service" but it does not register the computer.

When I want to show the information of inventory it show a new windows of information of the PC but when I click ok it say:

Error:

ERROR CODE 1053 = EL SERVICIO NO HA RESPONDIDO A LA PETICION O INICIO DEL CONTROL EN UN TIEMPO ADECUADO.

J'ai la même erreur au pres de mon OCS inventory agents quelqu'un aurait une réponse a ce problème !
