WebGui show "Processing"

Hi at all,

i have installed OCS Inventory on my Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS machine with mysql and apache2, latest patches at all.

Everything is working fine, first inventory of a windows client shows "1 machine inventored today" in WebGUI.

But: i don't see any data anywhere? Whichever link inbetween the GUI i click, i always get a "Processing..." shown, nothing else?!

How can i see the data which have been inventored?

Hint: the windows log-file in ProgramData is showing "Inventory successful" and no errors at all.

Thanks for any hints,

Joe

Cuando se instala todo y en la WebGui (WebGui show "Processing")  no muestra ningun reporte pero si cargan los datos en la base de datos
deberemos ingresar a esta carpeta y modificarla de la siguinte manera

1) /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/000-default.conf

donde dice:

DocumentRoot /var/www/html

Cambiar por:

DocumentRoot /usr/share/ocsinventory-reports/ocsreports

y luego reiniciar apache asi por las dudas

service apache2 restart

I had the same problem, when querying I received the processing message and the data was not displayed.
In my case, when analyzing the php-fpm logs, I identified an error in the php function.
I installed the php-jsonencode plugin in my oracle linux 8 and the data was displayed correctly.
