Erreur de téléchargement du fichier info

Bonjour,

ERROR *** DOWNLOAD => Failed to download Metadata file <https://monserveur/download/1515497646/info> to <C:\ProgramData\OCS Inventory NG\Agent\download\1515497646\info>

David

Hello,

I've been using OCS for a few years without any worries.
Since last week I have been  trying to use the deployment feature to copy files to client computers, ideally on the desktop.

After a bit of trial and error, I thought I hit the goal, but on my two test machines, the deployment in the console remains "NOTIFIED" and does not move.

On clients, I have an error in the logs:

ERROR *** DOWNLOAD => Failed to download Metadata file <https://monserveur/download/1515497646/info> to <C:\ProgramData\OCS Inventory NG\Agent\download\1515497646\info>

What I do not understand  : from these pc tests, I have access to the info file by putting in the browser https://monserveur/download/1515497646/info

I thought about  a problem of rights on the local directory, but it is not that.

Do you have any idea of the problem?

David

Bonjour,

Donc : Server=https://monserveur/ocsinventory

Cordialement Stéphane
