Can´t see new computers

I have a problem when registering the equipment, it appears to me that there is no connection to the server, this is the log

No firewall blocking the request?

The firewall is disabled, when I put the local address of the server if I register the computer, this happens with the computers to which I put the public ip of the server. Thank you

Your windows client are in a DMZ?

If you are in a DMZ, but you check all the server settings and the IP is not in blacklist, how could you solve this problem? Thank you
