Thanks for your extensive and great work with OCS Inventory.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This is our current setup:&lt;br /&gt;
Version OCSReports: 2.7 (Running on Debian GNU/Linux server)&lt;br /&gt;
OCS Inventory NG android Agent version 2.7&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
We are using in a production server since some time without problems. We have windows, linux and macOS agents, and several standard and custom plugins deployed working fine.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Now we're trying to extend the use to android phones also. We've tested the agent, it's working fine, but we would like to obtain some other information (for example the lastpublicip plugin)...I can't find information regarding the plugins deployment for android. Maybe we can just run some scripts in Android and extract the contents or just upload the results...&lt;br /&gt;
Could you please tell me if that's possible and how to advance on that?&lt;br /&gt;
We're looking for a setup for standard users (no adb, termux, or root access), but if requires something else we could evalute it of course.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

<title>SSL for android mobiles</title>

I have set up an OCS inventory server on AWS, and I send the inventory of the computers via SSL with a certificate. If I don't have the certificate on the computers, the inventory doesn't work, so far so good.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
However on Android devices it seems that it is not necessary to use the certificate, I have activated in the android agent the SSL option, and makes the call to https://, when I send the inventory from the mobile shows the message &amp;quot;NO_ACCOUNT_UPDATE&amp;quot;, but surprisingly the mobile manages to send inventory information to the server.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Is there a different way SSL works for android mobiles where you don't need to have the certificate locally to be able to send the inventory like on laptops?</description>

Après installation de l'agent Android sur une Galaxy Tab A, l'inventaire est bien réalisé mais le n° de série ne remonte pas.(unknown) pas plus que le nom de la tablette (SM-T510-388629b30ecc7c05) ou l'adresse mac.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Du coup c'est pas très intéressant.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Est-ce qu'il y a quelque chose à faire pour corriger cela ?&lt;br /&gt;

To resolve I did the following. Hope it helps somebody else ;)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Firstly, it is necessary to grant the app permissions.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Go to Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; OCS-NG Agent &amp;gt; Permissions &amp;gt; Allow Camera / Phone / Storage&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If this fails try the following :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. Clear cache partition on your device *&lt;br /&gt;
2. Reboot the phone.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Clear data of the app. Go to Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; OCS-NG Agent &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; Clear data&lt;br /&gt;
4. If still did not work, re-install the app then test.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
To complete Step 1 (Clear cache partition) *&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. With the phone powered off, press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button at the same time until the device turns on.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Press the Volume Down button until the flag next to the power button reads &amp;quot;Recovery mode&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;
3. Press the Power button to restart into Recovery mode.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;You'll see an image of an Android robot with the words &amp;quot;No Command&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;
4. Holding the Power button, tap Volume Up once and then release the Power button.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Use the volume buttons to scroll to &amp;quot;wipe cache partition&amp;quot; and press the Power button to select it.&lt;br /&gt;
6. Use volume down to scroll to YES and power to confirm.&lt;br /&gt;
7. At the bottom of the screen, you will see your device go through the process. Once it says &amp;quot;Cache Wipe Complete&amp;quot; the reboot system now option will appear at the top.&lt;br /&gt;
8. Press the power button to confirm the reboot.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
Note: Clearing the cache may take up to 5-10 minutes depending on user memory.</description>

My configuration is:&lt;br /&gt;
Tag = test&lt;br /&gt;
Debug = not in the checklist&lt;br /&gt;
Automatic = not in the checklist&lt;br /&gt;
cache = checklist&lt;br /&gt;
cache lifetime = ok&lt;br /&gt;
system software = checklist&lt;br /&gt;
useragent compatibiliy = checklist&lt;br /&gt;
hide the notification = None&lt;br /&gt;
server URLs = address of my server&lt;br /&gt;
SSL control = on&lt;br /&gt;
Basic authentication = not at checklist&lt;br /&gt;
http proxy = not at checklist&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I use a wireless network&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Can anyone help me?</description>
