I have a computer with several &amp;quot;Notes&amp;quot; attached in its administrative data. Suddenly (or not so) the duplicate of this computer appeared. I merged these duplicates and the notes from older computer will be lost with the old data. Notes attached to newer computer will remain.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The only way to save old notes I found, is to change the hardware_id of old notes to the hwid of newer duplicate.</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;I think your situation is not similar at LDC_Services installation (I know very well LDC).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;u&gt;The table 'software' :&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This table replace the previous table 'softwares' since OCS 2.8 : the fields 'name', 'publisher', 'version' are now link to others tables 'software_name', '..._publisher', '...._version'.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;u&gt;The field 'ID' of the table 'software' :&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The field is an autoincrement for unicity key : the type could be 'int' (up to 2^31-1=2147483647) or 'bigint' (up to 2^63-1=9223372036854775807) : for large installation (as LDC) it's suitable 'bigint'&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Starting from OCS 2.9.1 for new server, the type 'ID' is 'bigint'.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;When upgrading server, the table is created by 7035.sql and 'ID' is a 'int' field, and the script 7053.sql change type to 'bigint'. (Curiously the script is available from 2.9.2)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;For large installation (after 2.8), you coud change yourself the type of 'ID' to 'bigint' inspirate with script 7053 (I strongly suggest to stop Apache before ...).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;p&gt;ALTER TABLE software MODIFY COLUMN ID BIGINT(20) NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT;&lt;br&gt;ALTER TABLE software_link MODIFY COLUMN ID BIGINT(20) NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT;&lt;br&gt;ALTER TABLE software_categories_link MODIFY COLUMN ID BIGINT(20) NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;p&gt;Please note if you reach the limit (of 'int'), all inventories failed, when you change the type, new inventories are OK.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;u&gt;Your problem :&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I've created a new server with OCS 2.10 : only the server (Debian 11) is inventoried.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If I go to Inventory &amp;gt; All software, I see nothing (as you) : it's probably a bug for 2.10.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;But I can search using Inventory &amp;gt; Search with various criteria, I select 'All software' and 'Name', then I could search with Like : it's not as direct than with 'All software' but it's give the list of computers having one software,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I understand, due the bug, you don't have the list of all software as previous versions : I suggest you wait for 2.10.1.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<title>on ocsreports several menu items disappeared</title>

I'm new to ocs and am quite impressed of the software, so THANKs to all the developers!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I've installed the server from the deb-packages on a freshly installed ubuntu 22.04 and could register one client.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
While trying to deploy a software packege, I run in to the following problem:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
When I tryed to build a deployment package fro a msi file, everything seemed to work fine, but the package never showed up in for activation.&lt;br /&gt;
Somewhere I read, that for SW-deployment, the server had to have a working ssl-configuration. So I installed generated certificates and instelled them to apache, which worked fine so far.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
My problem is, that after I installed the ssl-site, in the admin console (ocsreports) several Menu items disappeared. The whole configuration-Menu doesn't show up anymore, and on the deployment-Menu I just have the activate option.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Any suggestions on what is goinig on?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

we are using OCS, and it's really good. We love it.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
SPECS:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS, PHP 7.4.3, running through Apache2&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
OCS v2.9.2&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
What we need is the possibility to upload some PDF/Doc to each computer (i.e. computer warranty, invoice... and something like this.)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If this possibility is already included, how can I enable this feature?</description>

Lorsque j'utilise OCS Inventory 2.90 avec le compte admin, chaque action est super lente.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Idem, problème de lenteur si je crée un autre utilisateur (qu'admin) en superadmin.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sous un utilsateur Lambda en admin, les temps sont correctes.&lt;br /&gt;
Une idée du probléme ?&lt;br /&gt;

We're using OCS for ou assets inventory. When we have to replace a computer we're using it in order to export/view software list and find which sotware need to be reinstalled. But I'm searching for a simple report or sql query where I can directly have for a dedicated device (where device name is a variable) the software list with some exclusions (like all Microsoft update, all constructors software, etc.). I just want to see software that need to be installed (Collaboration tools, 7-Zip, Adobe, Autocad, etc.).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Do you know if it's possible ?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

<title>LDAP sadmin user not able to save query - OCS2.9.2</title>

<description>I have CentOS 8 and OCS 2.9.2 installed via RPM. I have configured OCS 2.9.2 for LDAP authentication. LDAP users are assigned the sadmin profile. Everything seems to work OK, but the save search function is broken. LDAP user can save the search query but the saved searches doesnt show up.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If I login as local admin user I can see the saved search queries, but LDAP sadmin users cant.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I have another VM running CentOS 8 and OCS2.9.1 and the save search function works in there, so something broke in 2.9.2 maybe? Please check.</description>
