We have 29 computers from about 8000 in total that in a period of time (In November 2019 did not contact but in January 2020 contacted again) did not have contact with our server, but about two months later without any change contacted again. In the computers log files (ocsinventory.log) there is no error or anything strange. Those computers were started every day but the agent did not have contact, although the PROLOG_FREQ is correctly set and the FREQUENCY parameter in the server is set in "Always inventoried".
We are still using Agent version 2.1.1 and server version is 2.1.2 (CentOS). Any idea of where is the problem? Thank you for your great work
