THE COMPUTERS DID NOT CONTACT WITH THE SERVER

Hi everyone, i´m an IT administrator who has setup an ocs inventory server (last version available, Linux, Ubuntu 22.04) and the clients have ocs inventory client (laste version, Windows 7, 10 and 11) and everything is working fine but I feel like a lot of computers did not contact with the server so I have a lot of useless data and just about 20 computers that actually contact with the server everyday when in the office we are about 70 people (more or less).
We recently change the server IP but we actualize the URL in the clients but maybe that could be the issue even if i don´t really know why because when I configure a new client it always appears in the server.

Any kind of help or idea is usefull.

'We recently change' : allways use a dns name !

Reinstall client, then check client and server log (BEFORE asking)
