Only one user can't login

I've got problem with login by my user (only my user). I use LDAP method and every member of group can login but without me. When I try to login I receive this info: "You are not allowed to connect.". I've Added new users and they can login.
 
My Ocsserver Ver. 2.1, apache error log is clear, agents work. 
Do you have any sugestion?

Hi,

Verify if your account has all permissions in ocs.
