memory information quite poor

Why don't ocs agent doesn't find as much information than a software like sandra sisoft or SIW ?

That product can find product company, model and serial, why don't you bring as much information ?

Which OCS version on what OS on which memory type on which motherbaord?

With only a few informations like this, nobody can help you

It's OCS agent 2.1.1.1 on windows 7 and windows 8.1

Memory module kingston PC2-6400 (don't have model yet) and samsung PC25300 model M378T2863DZS-CE6 on Asus motherboard M3A78-CM, M2NPV-VM, M3A78-CM and many more.

With SIW I got serial number, frequency (reference and actual) manufacturing date, supported frequencies.
