Agents not communicating after reinstalling OCS server to a different hardware

I have changed the OCS server to a different hardware but did not modify the ip-address of the server.

Thanks for the answer but both Windows Defender & Windows Firewall is turned off. Whether any specific ports need to be open other than port 80(apache), 3306(mysql) for communication between server and client?
