Failed to download Metadata file

Hello, I'm trying to store remotely a zip file like a test but it doesn't work.

Here is an extract from the log file:

When initially activating the package, make sure that the fragments url and https url are the same as the CN that you set in the certificate that you created for the server.Banged my head against this same error for weeks, if someone has other issues that cause the same error, please put it here so others don't hurt their heads.
