Upgrade to Debian Stretch

Hello,

since i upgrade Debian from Jessie to Stretch, OCS Inventory display only blanck page.
The only error i can see in apache2 error log file is :

It's an old version of OCS.

Debian Stretch
apache : 2.4.25
php : 7.0
mariadb : 10.1.23
mysql_upgrade -u Admin -p
"GUI_VER", "6008"
"GUI_VER_SHOW","2.0.5"


Does someone could help to solve this problem ?
Does the only way should be to reinstall my old version or is there a solution ?
