Successful Install still doesnt work [closed]

Release 2.4 OCS

I fought through every error, finally got every error and dependency fixed.  The install goes through successfully, Restarted apache2 service, restarted server.  

 I go to http://localhost/ocsreports and get page cant be displayed

setup log is too large to copy  but I can put part if you ask for it
closed with the note: There were no errors in either the apache log or the install log,  I had restarted the services, and rebooted the server, but nothing worked and since there were abosolutely no errrors to research. i gave up and installed it on CentOS, and it worked fine.

Hi,

Did you restarted apache after installation? Which errors have you? Please post the 200 last lines of /var/log/apache2/error.log file.
