PCs only seen on the web interface if are poweron

Question

This a new installation on Centos 7 of version 2.5, after successful installation I restored data from an old 2.0.5 server and ran the install.php page again.

I have all error almost sorted out, but a few things are still no working.

I am testing a windows 10 PC with version 2.4 and this PC is only seen in the Web Interface if it is ON.  I am observing that for some strange reason new machines seem to not being stored in the Database.

Is there any script or function that I can run to test for database integrity and test if it is in the correct version to run 2.5?
