Hi,

OCS server version is 2.1.x or 2.2.x or 2.3.x or 2.4.x or 2.5.0? I don't understand the number you post, particularly iTop. This is not an OCS number.

Without log file it's hard to resolve a problem.
Use this command to generate the xml file without to send it to the server => ocsinventory-agent --debug --local /tmp

Open the xml file and search the UPTIME balises.
