Agent v2.4.0.0 plugins install problem

Hello

We use a Linux server (Debian, OCS Inventory Server 2.5). We want to upgrade Windows agents (v2.3.1.1 to v2.4.0.0). Installation is done via Active Directory (batch script). We use ocspackager (v2.3). We put them in:

- cert, listprinters, officepack, osinstall, security, sharedfolder, uptime, winupdate, winusers

If it have an earlier version, you will not overwrite the TAG, neither the new plugins. It dosn't copy plugins for a fresh installation.

Please help me!

Good Morning

I´m in the same case. I have installed the agent as soon as server last version and the plugins don't work correctly. i have tried to add the plugins to the windows last version agent and the older versions and haven´t response in the server.

When I executed the .vbs by CMD in windows agent directly it print the XML with the logical results, but in the server I haven't got response.

OK. It seems to be a misconfiguration on the server. Have you correctly stored each Map.pm of plugins in the correct directory on the server ?
