msofficekey.vbs does not produce any output

I have deployed the msofficekey plugin, but having issues. In the log I can see the msofficekey.vbs does not produce any output lines, and indeed, nothing on the web interface.

If I run it from the command line like cscript /nobanner C:\Pro...\msofficekey.vbs then it shows the licence(s) on the machine. If I replace the vbs with a dummy one which just prints the xml, then it is fine, I can see the dummy result in the web interface.

So it looks, it having issues only when it launched from the agent itself.

Win10, 64 bit,
OCS Inventory NG Agent Version 2.3.1.1,
the plugin is v2.24

Any idea?
