Problem Inventorying some PC's on "external" network with OCS Inventory

Hi, first of all i'm sorry for my english.

My question is about inventory PC's that are in another network but connected through VPN. I'm triyng to inventory some PC's on a "external" network but have some troubles...

All connections works fine between internal and external network (even with inventory server), but i don't know why that network computers are not inventoried.

I've another external network through the same VPN and works with same installer and install info (user, pass, url...).

Someone have what i've to do?, Maybe some special port?

Thanks!!

PDTA: I'm using Server 2.1RC1 on Linux server, and lastest Agent.

2.1RC1 is a development version of the software and may be not stable. Try upgrade.

Can you give us the log of your agent as requested when you have write this question ?

Hi,

See the faq http://wiki.ocsinventory-ng.org/index.php/Documentation:Main#FAQ, your error is explain at bottom of the page.
Thanks for answer, but i don't see anything related with squid on my server.

Server updated to lastest version, but still having the same problems. All in local network and one of the remotes networks works fine, but that network still giving problems.

The server log shows the 200 Ok, but nothing about the error...

192.168.x.x - - [24/Oct/2014:13:35:41 +0200] "POST /ocsinventory HTTP/1.1" 200 289 "-" "OCS-NG_WINDOWS_AGENT_v2.1.0.1"
10.xxx.x.x - - [24/Oct/2014:13:35:59 +0200] "POST /ocsinventory HTTP/1.0" 200 445 "-" "OCS-NG_WINDOWS_AGENT_v2.1.1.1"
10.xxx.x.x - - [24/Oct/2014:13:37:52 +0200] "POST /ocsinventory HTTP/1.0" 200 445 "-" "OCS-NG_WINDOWS_AGENT_v2.1.0.1"

I've noticed that the difference between both is the IP, the first network uses the internal IP and works fine, but the second uses the VPN IP and fails. Can be that the problem?.

Both are working through the same VPN server and both can open the OCS server url with Firefox, using the dns name or IP, and works fine (of course with a 400 error: because isn't an agent).
