Question

Ocs server

1) I installed Ocs Inventory server on a virtual debian.

2) Windows 10 I entered the server address 192.168.100.1 and I have a website

3) admin admin

Ocs agent

1) server credenitals: admin admin

2) next next

I enter the address 192.168.100.1

Machines in the base 0

Viewed machines 0

The number of machines contacting today 0

The number of machines that have been globalized today 0

Machines not seen from 30 days / day 0

The number of SNMP devices 0

What am I doing wrong. I have a bad knowledge of linux.

Hi @flak,

1) On the Windows 10, read the following file :

C:\ProgramData\OCS Inventory NG\Agent\OCSInventory.log

 > If there is a communication error with the server, you will find details here

2) In this same folder, check the agent settings in ocsinventory.ini file

 Note: If you need to modify the contents of this file, please stop the "OCS Inventory Service" service first.

3) To manually restart the inventory (and communication with the server), you can run the following file:

C:\Program Files (x86)\OCS Inventory Agent\OCSInventory.exe
