Deployment problem

Hi! I do everything according to the instructions http://wiki.ocsinventory-ng.org/05.Deployment/Deploying-packages-or-executing-commands-on-client-hosts/ , but I can't deploy plugins for agents. Always the state of WAITING NOTIFICATION (100%). How do I know what I'm doing wrong? Where can I view logs?

Server version: 2.6 (Debian 10)

Agent version: 2.6.0.0 (Win7)
