Agentless - Inventory by using only SNMP

I'm only interested in physical inventory like RAM, CPU, Disk space etc., for Windows and Linux servers. Can I do that with OCS Inventory without installing agents onto the server? We have enabled SNMP for windows and linux and I can provide SNMP MIB for server modules if needed for OCS Inventory.
Is it possible without ocs agents and using only snmp?
