windows update plugin does not work

I have an OCS 2.8.1 server on CentOS 8, with PHP 7.4 and MariaDB 10.3

I installed the Windows Update plugin from Guillaume PRIOU through the official website, and simply the windows update information appears when I download the .XML but on the dashboard only the word "Processing" appears, but the data does not appear.

Can you help me?
