Probleme communication agent Linux 2.8.1

Question

Hi,

My configuration is: OCS 2.9 on Ubuntu server 20.04.

I have migrate from OCS 2.7 to 2.9, and I noticed that the OCS agent installed on the samemachine (server) dont communicate. I unstaled the linux agent and instaled the 2.8.1 agent.

In ocs-agent.log I have this message:

error] Cannot establish communication : 500 establishing SSL tunnel failed: 504 Proxy Timeout ( Délai de connexion dépassé.  Pour plus d'informations sur cet événement, consultez l'aide de ISA Server.  )

Hi,

I changed the proxy server in /etc/environment file, and I have the message erro in /etc/ocs-agent.log

500 SSL upgrade failed: SSL connect attempt failed error:1416F086:SSL routines:tls_process_server_certificate:certificate verify failed

Hi,

I desactivate the proxy server in /etc/environment file and the linux agent sent invetory to the server.

Any idea how to solve this probleme without proxy desactivation ?

Hi,

Set proxy=yourproxy variable in ocsinventory-agent.cfg file.

On command line use -P --proxy=PROXY option.
