Anydesk - networkshare do not produce any output

Good day

I have a problem with the networkshare and anydesk plugins. No information is displayed on the Console.

I am using OCS Inventory 2.9, installed on a Debian 10 and the version of the agents I am using is 2.8.0.1 and 2.9.0.0 on Windows 10 and Windows 7 clients (64 bits).

I am using the plugins: networkshare, anydesk, listprinters, osinstall and uptime (All plugins are the latest version)

The installation of these agents is being done manually.

The installation on the clients goes well, the .vbs files were copied to the directory "C: \ Program Files \ OCS Inventory Agent \ plugins \".

NOW ALL PLUGINST WORK WELL, EXCEPT networkshare and anydesk, no information is displayed in Console.

The OCSInventory.log file on the client shows:

1.-

EXECUTABLE PLUGIN => Searching for VBS script (s) in folder <C: \ Program Files \ OCS Inventory Agent \ plugins>

EXECUTABLE PLUGIN => Found executable plugin <anydesk_appdata.vbs>

EXECUTABLE PLUGIN => Plugin <anydesk_appdata.vbs> executed successfully

EXECUTABLE PLUGIN => Found executable plugin <anydesk_global.vbs>

EXECUTABLE PLUGIN => Plugin <anydesk_global.vbs> executed successfully

BUT THE CONSOLE DOES NOT SHOW ANY DATA ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ANYDESK.

 2.-

EXECUTABLE PLUGIN => Found executable plugin <networkshare.vbs>

WARNING *** EXECUTABLE PLUGIN => Plugin <C: \ Program Files \ OCS Inventory Agent \ plugins \ networkshare.vbs> does not produce any output

BUT THE CONSOLE DOES NOT DISPLAY ANY DATA ABOUT THE NETWORK UNITS CONNECTED TO THE CLIENT.

Now, if the client double-clicks on the networkshare.vbs or anydesk_appdata.vbs file, a pop-up window will start showing the network drives and the anydesk version respectively.

If I run the following command:

    C: \ Program Files \ OCS Inventory Agent \ OCSInventory.exe / local / xml = c: \ tempo

The XML file generated in the c: \ tempo folder, if it contains the data from the network drives and anydesk.

Please, if anyone knows a solution to why this happens… ..

Thanks

Hi Joselnx,

have you fix a problem with networkshar plugin?

I have also a log entry :

WARNING *** EXECUTABLE PLUGIN => Plugin <C: \ Program Files \ OCS Inventory Agent \ plugins \ networkshare.vbs> does not produce any output

but when I run networkshare.vbs it is producing a output.

OCS server and Agent are version 2.9.2

Hi,

my company has developed more than 60 exclusive plugins for OCS (predictive maintenance, advanced Bios informations, supervision, helpdesk & IT support, status summary, multiple SNMP device type, geolocation of Windows machines, etc.)

If you want more information, please contact me privately.

Best regards, Stephane
