500 error, cannot establish communication

I'm trying to setup a unix agent via https on Centos 7. The agent version is 2.9.2. However whenever I run "sudo ocsinventory-agent" I get the error "Cannot establish communication: 500 Can't connect to [redacted server]:443" any ideas?

Before asking, it's better to begin searching in this forum : you have lot of questions about '500 error' ...

Usually it's due a misconfiguration of Apache server or DB password missing/incorrect or certificate ...
