Problem with rpm.ocsinventory-ng.org
Hello,
i´m using ocsinventory-agent under CentOS7 without problems since more than two years on about 40 servers. For installation and updates i always used the offical repo rpm.ocsinventory-ng.org.
Since this week it doesn´t work anymore, e.g. "yum update" gives me following error:
ocsinventory/x86_64/primary_db FAILED
http://rpm.ocsinventory-ng.org/enterprise/7/x86_64/repodata/9fd16269adf68b78b9b573ec1b27e1ee30e7d9e3d23aa839812d8e53558d6079-primary.sqlite.bz2:
[Errno 14] HTTP Error 404 - Not Found 0 B --:--:-- ETA
Doing a "yum clean all" and "rf -Rf /var/cache/yum" doesn´t work.
Does anybody else have this problem an perhaps a solution?
Thank you in advance!

(IMHO in 2022, Centos 7 is obsolete.)
Did you try to get the package (using wget ou curl) and install it directly (rpm --install) ?

@jaquesh: Downloading the files via wget and then installing works normally
wget
http://rpm.ocsinventory-ng.org/enterprise/7/x86_64/perl-Ocsinventory-Agent-2.9.3-1.el7.ocs.noarch.rpm
wget
http://rpm.ocsinventory-ng.org/enterprise/7/x86_64/ocsinventory-agent-core-2.9.3-1.el7.ocs.x86_64.rpm
wget
http://rpm.ocsinventory-ng.org/enterprise/7/x86_64/ocsinventory-agent-2.9.3-1.el7.ocs.x86_64.rpm
yum install perl-Ocsinventory-Agent-2.9.3-1.el7.ocs.noarch.rpm
yum install ocsinventory-agent-core-2.9.3-1.el7.ocs.x86_64.rpm
yum install ocsinventory-agent-2.9.3-1.el7.ocs.x86_64.rpm
ocsinventory-agent --force
The inventory is then correctly reported to our glpi-server.
To me it seems that the rpm-files are okay, but the Repo-Metadata is having a problem.

Good. May be you're right about metadata ...
Some (lot) of similar general software supply a site with distribution packages / version of software (example Zabbix, ...). IMHO it's a lack for OcsInventory ...

...seems someone fixed the repo. In the moment everything works like expected.
Thank you to the one who did the job!
