Hello
There is option to alert administrator when someone install new software/application? The end user has admin permission.

(It's a VERY VERY BAD idea to give the rights of Local Admin to users, even IT users).

The OCS agent is designed to : make inventory and send it to server, execute deployement tasks from server.

There is no option in OCS to scan difference between 2 inventories on the same computer.
