In your case I recommend checking:
- Phone: check if the name on your phone (in about --> Phone) does not contain special characters, remove it if it exists.
- Server: check Database password in OCS files in apache\conf
- Server: Check if the Perls modules needed by OCS are installed
- Server: check OCS and Apache logs
- Phone: if necessary, activate Debug in the OCS Agent Application settings (a LOG TXT is generated in the OCS folder of the cell phone storage)
