Freezer sofware that plays nicely with OCS

Hi,

I am searching a deepfreezer or Windows Steady State equivalent that protects the C: drive for any changes and that plays nicely with OCS inventory.

The main issue is when to disable the proteccion so you can update apps, and to enable after you update that system.
