Plugin Teamviewer new agent and server [closed]

Hi! I've problems with the teamviewer plugin, previously it worked correctly with the version of the agent 2.9 and server 2.10, today I updated the server (Ubuntu 22.04 LTS) 2.11.1 and the agent 2.10.1, deactivating the plugins as the manual says, finishing upgrading I reactivated the plugins and only the officepack works for me but the teamviewer one does not receive the information.

What errors have you when teamviewer plugin is activated ?
