Hello,

For a plugin to function and report information, a VBS or PS1 script must be copied to the inventoried machine (for example, to the folder C:\Program Files\OCS Inventory Agent\Plugins\).

Similarly, the server-side component of the plugin must also be installed.

My company has developed more than 90 exclusive plugins for OCS (predictive maintenance, advanced Bios informations, supervision, helpdesk & IT support, status summary, multiple SNMP device type, geolocation of Windows machines, AD and local users, etc.)

If you want more information, please contact me privately.

Best regards, Stephane

Hello Stephane, would it be possible for your company to publish the plugins? Others would certainly benefit from this, just as you benefit from OCS Inventory as open source software.

Hi Sokatra,

Let's be reasonable... I dedicated several years tirelessly to the OCS community, during which time I developed, shared, and upgraded most of Windows community plugins. I was also involved as a moderator on this Ask forum, where I have helped hundreds of people.

Since then, I've started my own business and I continue to develop, but now exclusively for my partners and clients.

Moreover, by design, my 90 Windows plugins can also be used for other inventory software, giving them a universal property.

In this wonderful OCS project, there are free things and others that aren't, even in open source... that's normal.

That being said, I’m always open to collaborating with companies or contributors who are interested in my work.

If your organization needs specific and exclusive plugins or features, or would like to benefit from the developments I maintain, feel free to contact me — I’d be happy to discuss possible options, including commercial licensing or tailored development work.
