My own agent installation does not start without running as an administrator

Hi

I do not know why - original installation of Agent 2.1.1 starts correctly. But when installation is created by OCSPackage then Agent-installation does not start when I click on the icon, nothing happens.

When I start my ospackage-agent-installation as Administrator then everything works.

System is Windows 8.1
in OCS Inventory NG agent for Windows by (180 points)
