Where can the agent be changed to use pkg instead of pkg_info on FreeBSD

On FreeBSD pkg_info has been depracated and removed.  Is there some location in the agent scripts where it can be told to run "pkg info" to get the software inventory instead of pkg_info.  On systems where pkg_info has been removed no software inventory is gathered.
