Hi,

This indicates that download is off. See /etc/ocsinventory-agent/ocsinventry-agent.conf file. Line for download is commented.

I woud be interested to know what line you are meaning. I have the same issue and I have no "download line" in ocsinventory-agent.cfg:

debug=1
ca=/etc/ssl/certs/cacert.pem
